What You'll Do
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment
- Wash pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Maintain clean dishwashing, kitchen, storage, and compactor areas
- Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Support team members with additional projects as assigned
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and quality standards
