【PM】Product Commercialization & Sourcing Manager – Acer Fashion (AFS)

Acer Fashion (AFS) combines sustainable design, lifestyle aesthetics, and practical innovation to create travel gear, smart wearables, and lifestyle products for modern consumers.

Our team works across product strategy, design, sourcing, supply chain development, and commercialization to bring meaningful lifestyle products to market.

As AFS continues to expand globally, we are looking for a senior team member who can strengthen our commercialization and sourcing capability while collaborating closely with existing product managers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Product Commercialization

• Lead product commercialization process from concept validation, sourcing, sampling, pilot run, to mass production
• Evaluate manufacturing feasibility, production risks, material application, and commercialization readiness
• Identify potential risks in quality, structure, manufacturability, cost, and lead time before mass production
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during product development and production stages

Supplier & Supply Chain Development

• Develop and manage supplier network across luggage, bags, travel accessories, and lifestyle product categories
• Evaluate supplier capability, engineering strength, production stability, and scalability
• Conduct supplier negotiation on pricing, MOQ, tooling, material selection, production planning, and delivery schedule
• Build long-term supplier relationships and improve supply chain competitiveness

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, designers, marketing, operations, and regional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Collaborate with existing PM team to strengthen organizational capability in sourcing, manufacturing, and commercialization
• Share industry knowledge, supplier management experience, and practical manufacturing insights with team members

Industry & Material Exploration

• Monitor trends in materials, sustainability regulations, manufacturing technologies, and consumer needs
• Explore innovative materials, construction methods, and functional features suitable for modern travel and lifestyle products
• Support development of differentiated and commercially viable product solutions

產品商業化與量產導入

• 負責產品從概念驗證、供應鏈導入、打樣、試產至量產之商業化流程
• 評估產品製造可行性、材料應用、量產風險與導入成熟度
• 提前辨識品質、結構、製程、成本與交期風險
• 協助產品開發與量產階段之問題排除與改善

供應鏈與供應商開發

• 開發並管理行李箱、包袋、旅行配件與生活風格產品之供應商體系
• 評估供應商技術能力、製造穩定性、工程能力與量產規模化能力
• 負責價格、MOQ、模具、材料、排產與交期等供應商協商
• 建立長期供應商合作關係並提升供應鏈競爭力

跨部門協作

• 與 PM、設計、行銷、營運與區域團隊密切合作，確保產品成功上市
• 與既有 PM 團隊合作，強化組織在供應鏈、製造與商業化導入之能力
• 分享產業知識、供應商管理經驗與實務製造觀點，協助團隊成長

材料與產業趨勢探索

• 持續追蹤材料、永續法規、製造技術與消費者需求趨勢
• 探索適合旅行與生活風格產品之新材料、結構工法與功能設計
• 協助開發具差異化與商業可行性的產品方案
• 不怕處理繁瑣細節與跨部門整合，確保產品如期上市、品質到位、達成公司財務目標。
