【PM】Project Management Specialist

1. Lead digitalization and system enhancement projects to improve operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and business visibility.
主導數位化與系統優化專案，提升營運效率、流程效能及資訊透明度。
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
與各業務單位合作，蒐集、分析並整理業務需求。
3. Serve as the key liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
擔任業務單位與 IT 團隊之間的重要溝通橋樑，確保需求能有效轉化為系統解決方案。
4. Coordinate project activities across the entire project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
負責專案全生命週期管理，包括需求訪談、方案規劃、使用者驗收測試（UAT）、系統上線及後續支援。
5. Manage project schedules, resources, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
管理專案時程、資源及風險，確保專案目標順利達成。
6. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for business automation and operational excellence.
推動流程持續改善，發掘自動化及營運優化機會。
7. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
追蹤專案執行成果，定期向利害關係人及管理團隊提供進度與改善建議。
