PM/QA Delivery Owner

Discussion

Summary

A hybrid remote role for LATAM professionals combining project management and QA: the person owns end-to-end delivery of projects for US-based clients — running sprints, releases, and team coordination in Jira/Monday/Slack — while also verifying each delivery through functional, integration, and regression testing with documented evidence.

PM/QA Delivery Owner (100% remote, LATAM)

Who we are
At Singular Agency, we build digital products for US-based clients with 100% remote teams across Latin America, and we use AI at every layer of the process: code generation, validation, talent matching, and business metrics. Our delivery model is evidence-driven: nothing reaches the client unverified.

The role
[19:21]This role evolves the traditional Project Manager into a hybrid PM + QA position. As PM/QA Delivery Owner, you don't just manage delivery — you verify that the product reaching the client works as agreed. You work in tandem with the Product Owner (who owns the business outcome) and the Tech Owner (who owns construction), and you are the guarantee that every delivery is verified, evidence-backed, and aligned with acceptance criteria.

Day to day:
Product validation: before each delivery, verify the integrated product with functional, integration, and regression testing; validate acceptance criteria; document defects and track each one to closure (with owner, deadline, and evidence).
Delivery ownership: own the full cycle of your assigned projects, from sprint planning to release, ensuring sprints close on time, in scope, and with QA evidence.
Operational team management: coordinate developers, QA, and design; escalate and remove blockers; respect the capacity of each Product Owner and each project's technical/QA coverage.
Strategy alignment: translate the Product Owner's OKRs into validation and delivery plans; prevent the release of unverified or low-impact work.
Monitoring: track QA coverage per sprint, defects found and resolved, and delivery status; report to the Product Owner and Chapter Lead.
Continuous improvement: define and improve QA and delivery processes, promoting automation of regression and validation testing.

What we're looking for (essential):
Project management with Scrum and Kanban, using Jira, Monday, and Slack.
Integrated product testing: functional, integration, and regression testing of complete flows (not unit testing).
Operating Runly for QA runs and evidence (or experience with similar tools — we value your ability to adapt).
Release management: release planning, Gantt charts, agile ceremonies, coordinating scope, dates, and acceptance criteria with the PO and Tech Owner.
Risk and stakeholder management; assertive, clear, structured communication.
Understanding of environments, CI/CD, and the deployment flow (staging → production) — technical context, you don't need to be a developer.
Intermediate/advanced English (for documentation and team communication).
Soft skills: critical thinking, attention to detail, problem resolution, teamwork, decision-making, and stress management.

Nice to have (not required):
ISTQB (QA/testing), PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications, or training in digital transformation, AI, or data-driven environments.
Functional analysis skills.

Formal requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields (preferred).
Experience: 3–6 years. We value hands-on QA and delivery experience over formal credentials.

What we offer:
Fully remote, permanent work.
100% LATAM team, Central America time zone (UTC-6, Monday to Friday).
A portfolio of real projects with US-based clients.
A growing hybrid role: you'll be among the first to shape the evolution from traditional PM to AI-augmented PM/QA.

Location: Remote - Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela
