Practice PM&R (Pain Medicine) the way it should be with a multi-subspecialty outpatient clinic. Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, and not a single page after the workday ends. AI scribes and a full back-office team handle your documentation and patient messages — so you spend your day with patients, not your inbox.

The Schedule

• Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch
  

• No nights. No weekends. No call.
  

Compensation and Benefits

• $300K base with productivity bonus, earning potential $450K
  

• Negotiable sign-on bonus + $10,000 in relocation assistance
  

• Zero-deductible medical, dental, and vision coverage
  

• 4 weeks PTO, 5 CME days + $3,000 CME allowance
  

• Full coverage of medical licensing fees

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
  

• Pain Medicine fellowship-trained
  

• Tennessee medical license — or willing to obtain
  

• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply
