【Job Description】
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and requirements of development of Sicap products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth mass production of Sicap products.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify Sicap products.
4. Work closely with development team, ensure to match business scope.
5. Communicate with customers about Sicap products development and production progress.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve production issues of Sicap products.

【Work Experience】
1. over 3 years of experience in IC industrial.
2. Advanced knowledge of foundry process & development flow.
3. Advanced knowledge of DPS, substrate process & development flow.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-function teams.

(Nice to have)
1. Deep understand of the interposer market and Sicap requirement.
2. Strong presentation and communication skills.
