PM – Tech / AI Project Manager
Summary
Project manager who drives AI/software/digital-solutions projects from idea to real-world delivery at an AI solutions firm in Bangkok — planning timelines, coordinating AI engineers, translating business problems into buildable solutions, and handling client communication, proposals, and quotations. On-site during probation, then hybrid.
Salary: ฿40,000 – ฿60,000 per month
About the role
Our PM's job isn't just to ask “How's the work going?” 👀
They have to be the one who helps take an AI project from idea → execution → real-world use 🚀
Working closely with AI Engineers + the Tech team + clients to get the work to the goal.
What you'll be doing
Plan projects / timelines and adjust the plan when the world doesn't cooperate
Own projects involving AI / Software / Digital Solutions
Work alongside AI Engineers, helping prioritize tasks and keep projects moving
Act as the bridge between client ↔ PM ↔ AI Engineer ↔ team
Understand the business problem and help turn it into a solution that's actually buildable
Prepare presentations / proposals / quotations
Talk to clients, in meetings / on LINE / on the phone
Solve problems on the ground, from “just a small thing” to “Hey, this one's urgent!”
Who we're looking for
High ownership — “I'm on this, I'll take it to the finish line”
Logical + critical thinking — reasons things out and can prioritize
Good communication — willing to ask, to speak up, to pitch in
Service mind, but not a Yes Man / Yes Woman about everything
Adapts fast, because the tech world changes faster than the timeline we planned 🫠
Interested in AI / technology and ready to learn new things
Can hold a conversation with the tech team, or at least dares to ask until they get it 😆
Working Style
Probation period → come in, get to know the team, and work with them first
After passing probation → Hybrid Working
If you see a problem and think “Okay, I'll find a way” 🫡 instead of
“Isn't this the AI Engineer's job?” 😂
And you want to be the person who helps make AI projects actually happen, not just end in a PowerPoint
👉 We'll probably get along :)
