1. 3DIC DRAM development to support Customer ASIC/SoC design/development.
2. Technical support and Q&A communication with American, European & Asian Customers.
2.1 Fluent English communication is must.
2.2 Experience about
(1) ASIC/SoC, IP & Design Service
(2) System Integration
(3) DRAM & Logic Foundry fields is expected.
3. New IP, DRAM design support and 3DIC process development.
4. To manage DRAM & Logic IC tape out, manufacture, WoW stacking, package assembly, test and verification.
5. Technical document writing.
6. Outsourcing coordination for specific project.
