Position Summary

Wistron Infocomm USA is seeking a highly motivated PME Packing Engineer to support packaging validation, labeling design, and cross functional coordination for our products. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and customer teams to ensure packaging solutions meet functional, compliance, and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain packaging labels and barcodes using Codesoft.
• Develop, review, and optimize packaging Bills of Materials (BOMs), material specifications, and packaging process plans.
• Read and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings to support packaging design and manufacturing requirements.
• Conduct and support packaging reliability testing, including drop, vibration, compression, and environmental tests.
• Apply knowledge of ISTA ASTM standards or internal packaging specifications (preferred but not required).
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure packaging readiness for production builds and shipments.
• Support packaging related projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and other engineering tasks as assigned.
• Ensure all packaging processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory expectations.
