Responsibilities:

• Provide governance and delivery assurance support across Digital Programs to promote successful project outcomes.
• Review key project artefacts and deliverables to ensure alignment with governance requirements, frameworks, and organisational standards.
• Monitor and provide assurance insights across project reporting, risks and issues, financial performance, project controls, and data quality.
• Partner with project teams to identify delivery risks, strengthen governance practices, and improve project performance.
• Support the consistent application of portfolio management, governance, assurance, and reporting practices.
• Assist with portfolio planning, prioritisation, dependency management, and governance activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance, assurance, reporting, and portfolio management capabilities
  

Experience:

• Extensive experience working in a mature PMO in large organisations
• Experience with PRINCE2
• Experience with portfolio planning and governance
