PMO Analyst

Summary

The PMO Analyst will manage project schedules, progress reporting, and document control for automation workstreams. The role involves supporting technical reviews and tracking project risks and contractor obligations while requiring proficiency in Chinese.

You will own project controls for the programme and support technical review across the automation packages. This is a hands-on role: you will build and maintain the schedule and progress reporting that the client's Steering Committee relies on, and you will be in the detail of contractor submissions alongside our Technical Lead.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

● Build and maintain the master programme and package schedules; produce progress measurement, S-curves and critical path analysis.

● Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and the analysis behind them, for both internal review and client presentation.

● Run document control — submission registers, transmittals, correspondence logging and revision tracking across four workstreams.

● Support design and technical review on the ASRS and PCHS packages under the direction of the Technical Lead.

● Track action items, risks and contractor obligations; chase owners and keep ageing visible to the project manager.

● Contribute to progress meetings with the client and contractors, and to the evidence pack behind Steering Committee and Weekly Working Group reporting.

● Chinese speaking
