As a PMO & Business Operations Consultant, you will coordinate programme management and business operations activities within the not-for-profit sector. You will help the Consultancy, Strategy & Change department maintain clear plans, reliable reporting and effective day-to-day delivery throughout this 9-month contract.

Missions

• Coordinate project plans, milestones and workstreams to keep Consultancy, Strategy & Change activities on track.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs and decision records to provide clear information for stakeholders.
• Prepare concise status updates and reports that support timely planning and delivery decisions.
• Monitor priorities, dependencies and deadlines, helping teams address delivery needs early.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-up actions to ensure agreed tasks are clearly tracked.
• Improve business operations processes by identifying practical ways to strengthen consistency and visibility.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather information and align operational activities with project needs.
• Support the effective administration of consultancy and change initiatives across the department.

Profil du candidat

A successful 'PMO & Business Operations Consultant' should have:

• Experience coordinating project management office and business operations activities.
• Ability to manage project plans, milestones, action logs and delivery deadlines.
• Experience preparing clear project updates, reports and meeting materials.
• Ability to organise documentation and maintain accurate project records.
• Experience working with stakeholders across consultancy, strategy or change activities.
• Ability to identify practical process improvements that support efficient delivery.
