Location: Hybrid, Lisbon (2 days/week on-site)

We're looking for a PMO Consultant to join a key client project in Lisbon, working hybrid with 2 days per week on-site. What You'll Do
Support project governance: tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and action items
Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports to give stakeholders a clear view of progress
Coordinate communication flows between project teams and stakeholders
Keep documentation organised, accurate, and easy to navigate
Flag issues early and help the team stay ahead of them, not behind them
What You Bring
Languages
French: B2/C1
English: B2/C1
Hard Skills
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Power BI at a basic to intermediate level - comfortable building and reading dashboards
Soft Skills
Proactive and reactive: you anticipate problems, and you respond fast when they show up anyway
Organised and rigorous: details don't slip past you
Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the wider team
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with or within financial institutions is a strong plus
