Cybersecurity Project & Demand Coordinator

Missions

• Manage and coordinate customer cybersecurity requests

• Coordinate project initiation and kick-off meetings with key stakeholders

• Support the end-to-end demand management process

• Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals

• Track and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate communication between customers and Product Managers

• Prepare project status reports with the support of Product Managers

• Monitor project progress, issues, and action plans

• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution

• Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and French

• Strong customer service experience

• Demonstrated ability to make proactive decisions

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong task management skills with a clear focus on deliverables

• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to both support and be supported by team members

• Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn and develop

Additional Skills

• Experience in project financial management is a plus

• A basic understanding of cybersecurity services is an advantage
