On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a PMO Manager for a 6- month contract based in London on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

Purpose of the role:
As a PMO Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to senior programme leadership, driving governance, portfolio optimisation, financial management, and strategic alignment across the ServiceNow Transformation Programme. You will oversee programme governance, executive reporting, financial stewardship, risk and dependency management while providing strategic insights to support leadership decision-making.

What you'll do:

• Define and enhance PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and delivery standards across the portfolio.
• Produce high-impact executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Manage portfolio budgets, including forecasting, actuals tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proactively identify and manage cross-programme dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee portfolio-level change control processes, ensuring robust impact assessments for scope, budget, and timeline changes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving strategic programme outcomes.

Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

• PMO experience, including leading PMO functions for large-scale programmes or portfolios.
• Strong experience with enterprise portfolio management tools such as Clarity, Planview, or Jira Align.
• Advanced financial management skills, including portfolio budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Capex/Opex oversight.
• Experience operating within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments, including SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and deliver C-suite level reporting and insights.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with experience translating complex programme data into actionable business recommendations.
