Job Summary

You will serve as the backbone of project operations by ensuring governance standards, tracking project progress, and streamlining administration processes to enable effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report progress of multiple projects to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and support timely decision-making
• Collect and consolidate accurate data from stakeholders promptly to enable informed executive decisions
• Maintain and enhance project reports to reflect evolving business and stakeholder requirements
• Manage staff headcount tracking, seating arrangements, asset inventory, and oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure operational continuity
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate resource allocation and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Required competencies and certifications

• Analyze project data to identify gaps and discrepancies and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
• Communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Organize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines, track deliverables, and coordinate cross-team collaboration
• Use advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to analyze data and prepare documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of PMO or project administration experience, preferably in financial services or technology sectors
