Responsibilities*

· Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of projects

· Ensure project milestones are met and determine mitigation if risk of not meeting milestones exist.

· Responsible for project specific budget monitoring and management activities

· Escalate project issues and risks as appropriate to leadership

· Experience managing security-related or similar projects.

· Relevant experience is managing a large program or a series of related projects to meet the objectives of an overall program

· Ability to coordinate a team to drive to define program goals and develop the project roadmap to meet those goals.

People Management

· Develop and execute resource management plans

. Understand and manage stakeholder expectation

· Build and lead effective project teams

· Manage cross team resource dependencies.

Knowledge Sharing / Documentation.

Ensure knowledge sharing and leveraging of lessons learned within project management teams.
