CCM Hockey PMO - Sales Operations Coordinator
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting CCM’s North American sales team. Working closely with the Sales Operations & Pricing Analyst and Manager, this position is responsible for sales reporting, field communications, and seasonal setup activities that help drive operational efficiency across retail and team business channels.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the season, helping the sales team stay focused on supporting customers and growing the business.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
Build and distribute recurring sales reports across retail and team business channels, highlighting performance by category, channel, and product segment
Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards
Track sell-through trends, booking pace, and order fill rates to help identify business risks and opportunities
Monitor MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance and escalate violations as required
Seasonal Setup & Sales Execution
Support seasonal setup activities including quote forms, sample order consolidation, and account-level reporting
Coordinate the distribution of sales programs, product information, pricelists, and booking deadlines to the North American sales team
Maintain customer profiling across S1, S2, and Team programs using internal profiling tools
Field Support & Operations
Manage the Sales Operations inbox and act as a key point of contact for sales rep inquiries
Support claims-related processes by coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams
Maintain and improve reporting templates and sales collateral based on business needs and field feedback
Contribute to ongoing operational improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
Look for opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies within day-to-day operations
Requirements
Education & Experience
College diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, wholesale, consumer goods, or a related environment
Experience or interest in the sporting goods industry is considered an asset
Technical Skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data formatting
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is considered an asset
Familiarity with ERP or order management systems is an advantage
Comfortable working with large datasets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Core Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
