Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting, and like figuring out how things work? Envases Ohio is looking for a dependable Production Maintenance Technician Operator (PMT) to join our team!

In this role, you will help keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently across multiple production lines. You'll work with a variety of industrial and food-grade manufacturing equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and help minimize production downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment across various production lines.
• Perform preventative maintenance, equipment adjustments, and routine inspections.
• Identify mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and work toward effective solutions.
• Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and tooling adjustments.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges when needed.
• Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and reduce downtime.
• Complete maintenance records, work orders, and required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow additional food safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements when working in food-grade production areas.
