PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC LEADER

The primary purpose of this position, PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC LEADER, WL-8255-11, is to lead three or more workers to accomplish trades and/or labor work on a substantially full time and continuing basis. Leader is responsible to perform the work assigned by a supervisor and ensures that subordinates completed assigned work consistent with trades and labor standards.

Lead a team of trades and/or labor workers. Perform nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led. Use and maintain hand and power tools and equipment required to accomplish duties. Utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
