Podcast Creative Producer / Video Podcast Specialist

Looking for a person to anchor everything we do in podcasting across YouTube, social, newsletters, and community. Looking for a hands-on creative professional, duo, or small studio to own the visual and production side of this.

What you'll drive:
• Creative direction for podcast content and visual identity
• Podcast artwork, episode graphics, thumbnail systems
• Motion graphics, intros, outros, visual assets
• Editing long-form episodes (or overseeing the editing workflow)
• Short-form cutdowns for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts
• Repeatable templates and content systems the internal team can run with
• Close collaboration with marketing on launches and promos
• Helping set creative standards and production workflows as the platform scales

What you bring:
• Multimedia design background
• Proven hands-on experience with podcasts, YouTube channels, or media brands
• A strong portfolio centered on podcast, video, and content work
• Experience producing for social-first, video-first platforms
• Sharp instincts for visual storytelling and audience engagement
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
