Podcast Production Management
- Manage the daily production workflow for AI-generated podcasts across cities/brands ensuring each market publishes one English and one Arabic podcast daily.
- Oversee the use of AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs to generate podcast narration from editorial scripts and ensure the usage is aligned with monthly limits.
- Ensure all podcast episodes maintain regional ethos and quality across languages and markets.
- Coordinate with editorial teams to ensure the daily news and community stories are accurately reflected in podcast scripts.
- Identify and resolve issues related to software and hardware requirement of the team,
AI Voice Development & Product Collaboration - Work closely with the Product team to develop unique voice avatars for each market, ensuring that each city’s podcast reflects a distinctive and locally relevant voice identity.
- Test and evaluate new AI voice tools and other audio/video technologies to improve quality and scalability, and efficiency across the podcast network.
Podcast Publishing & Distribution - Manage relationships with key stakeholders at platforms across distribution network
- Ensure smooth and consistent Upload and publish process for all podcast episodes across all major podcast platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other distribution platforms.
- Maintain and update podcast metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and show notes.
Video Podcast Automation - Work with the Product teams to build automated workflows that convert audio podcasts into video formats suitable for social media and video platforms.
- Oversee the implementation of tools and systems that allow audio episodes to be automatically transformed into video podcasts or visual formats.
Social Distribution - Coordinate with social media teams to ensure podcasts are repurposed and distributed across social platforms.
- Ensure podcast episodes are integrated into the daily social content cycle across city platforms.
- Work with teams to create short clips that support podcast discovery on social channels.
Quality Control - Monitor the overall audio quality, editorial accuracy, and brand tone across all podcast episodes.
- Identify and resolve issues related to audio clarity, voice generation errors, publishing delays, or incorrect metadata.
Data Reporting - Track podcast performance across platforms, including downloads, listens, audience retention, and engagement metrics.
- Create regular data reports tracking key podcast KPIs across all markets.
- Monitor performance trends to identify top-performing content and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in podcast production, audio content operations, or digital media.
Strong understanding of podcast publishing and distribution across platforms such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
Familiarity with AI voice generation tools such as ElevenLabs or similar technologies.
Experience managing content production workflows and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Basic knowledge of audio editing, podcast metadata management, and publishing processes.
Ability to track performance metrics and prepare simple data reports.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure quality and timely publishing.
Fluency in English, Arabic is required.
