In coordination with Westport Partners’ Career Coaching - The Quinntessential Questions Podcast is a fast-growing, high-impact show hosted by Paul Quinn. We explore bold career journeys, leadership insights, and human stories that inspire. Our mission is to deliver meaningful conversations and build a global community of listeners and leaders.
We’re now looking for an exceptional Content & Marketing Manager — someone dynamic, creative, and highly organised — to help us expand our voice, sharpen our brand, and take the show to new heights.
Position Overview:
You’ll own the entire marketing and content ecosystem of the podcast —from design to distribution, content strategy to video production. You’ll be instrumental in making The Quinntessential Questions Podcast a recognised, respected brand regionally and globally.
Bonus:
As the podcast grows, there may be future opportunities for international travel to assist with on-location filming and content production — covering live interviews and special projects in locations such Hong Kong, Dubai, Dublin, London, Switzerland and New York.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
§ Design engaging podcast thumbnails, YouTube covers, Instagram carousels ,LinkedIn visuals, and promotional assets (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
§ Edit short-form video clips (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) and long-form podcast episodes.
§ Assist with creative filming sessions — setting up lighting, camer aangles, and aesthetics.
§ Create dynamic intro/outro videos, guest highlight reels, and audiograms.
Content Strategy & Growth
§ Build and execute a social media content calendar (YouTube, LinkedIn,Instagram, Spotify, TikTok).
§ Research trends, hooks, and viral formats to optimize podcast exposure.
§ Suggest new content ideas based on guest themes, industry trends, and social media insights.
Videography & Filming
§ Assist in filming in-studio or remote podcast sessions.
§ Manage basic lighting, sound, and video quality standards.
§ Organize and produce behind-the-scenes footage for marketing content.
§ (Future potential): Travel with the team for high-profile interviews and on-location shoots.
Marketing & Distribution
§ Plan and execute weekly promotional campaigns around episode launches.
§ Optimize YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions) and podcast platform notes.
§ Coordinate with guests to maximize promotional reach across networks.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
§ Monitor podcast downloads, video views, engagement rates, and social media performance.
§ Report key insights monthly and recommend strategies for accelerated growth.
Who You Are:
§ Creative: self-driven, dynamic, idea generator, highly organised and results-oriented.
§ Strong graphic design skills: Premiere Pro essential; PicsArt, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut a bonus.
§ SEO: Experience working with Semrush
§ Podcast Platform Experience: YouTube, SpotifyApple
§ Social Media Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram,F acebook, TikTok
§ Editing: Experienced in video editing, filming, and social media content production.
§ Podcasting: Knowledgeable in podcasting, brand growth strategies and audience engagement tactics.
§ Commercial Acumen: Excited about entrepreneurship, leadership, and human performance topics.
§ Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely.
§ Travel: Open to occasional travel opportunities for specialprojects and live recordings.
Requirements:
§ 1–3 years experience in social media management, video editing, marketing, or podcast production.
§ Portfolio of design and content work (social media posts, thumbnails,s hort videos, or marketing campaigns).
§ Strong English language skills — writing captions, show notes, and creative hooks.
§ Willingness to travel internationally for select projects in the future.
Work Structure:
§ If Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week to start.
§ If Full-Time: Potential Full-Time Role as the show scales.
§ Hybrid: Remote work + In-person support for shoots and filming when required.
Compensation:
§ Competitive monthly salary based on experience.
§ Bonus combination of discretionary + structured: linked to performanceand growth KPIs (downloads, views, followers).
