What You'll Do
As our POS Agent, you will be the face of DHL, creating exceptional customer experiences while helping customers find the best shipping solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting customers with document and package shipments
- Processing payments and daily cash reconciliation
- Advising customers on shipping options, customs requirements, transit times, and pricing
- Promoting DHL products and value-added services such as insurance and guaranteed delivery options
- Identifying sales opportunities and helping grow revenue
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
- Processing passports and ensuring accurate tracking and delivery
- Maintaining high standards of security, organization, and customer service
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence in promoting products and services
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience is an advantage
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
