Overview of Responsibilities

Efficiently and courteously welcomes guests as they enter the poker room as described in established policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with rules, laws and regulations.

Essential Job Duties

Greet guest upon entry of the poker room.

Place guest on desired list for poker games.

Calls players when their seat becomes available in the poker room.

Answers the phone to assist guests with any questions about the poker room.

Personalizes service, promote outstanding guest relations using guest’s name.

Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.

Assist with seating players.

Maintain up to date knowledge of industry wide practices and report to management any that may benefit the Company.

Acknowledge, warmly greet and converse with customers who play at or approach assigned games.

Advise supervisor of disputes, problems and any suspicious activity.

Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and respond to customers accordingly.

Effectively communicate with supervisors and obtain required approvals and acknowledgements according to established policies and procedures.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Previous casino experience is preferred, but not necessary.

2. Good proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.

3. Ability to pass a math test.
