  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact across key copyright domain areas, including GenAI content.
  • Drive, review, and continuously improve escalation processes for complex, high-impact legal matters with minimal oversight.
  • Partner across teams on process and policy outreach, maintaining feedback loops with stakeholders to identify friction points and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify operational gaps and independently implement high-impact solutions beyond standard operating procedures.
  • Review, manage, and improve escalation processes and other legal matters of high impact, risk, and complexity with limited oversight.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, copyright, legal policy, content policy, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience applying copyright law and digital legal principles.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving operational environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
  • Excellent business judgment and stakeholder influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
  • Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
