Policy Servicing Consultant (HNW Insurance Broker)

This role offers exposure to affluent client servicing, insurance operations, and wealth management environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end new business insurance applications and policy issuance
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters, relationship managers, and clients on case progress
• Follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding documentation
• Ensure accuracy of policy documentation and data entry
• Support policy servicing requests, amendments, and endorsements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales, operations, policy servicing, or new business support
• Knowledge of life insurance and underwriting processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting HNW or wealth management clients is an advantage
• CMFAS certifications (M5/M9/HI)
