As the Policy System Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting and coaching with senior expertise related to PAS - Projects. You will provide an advanced and progressive level of research, analysis, and expertise at an organizational level across all Property and Casualty lines of business. You will support partnerships with key stakeholders and external vendors. As the Policy System Solution Consultant, you will take a leadership role in the management of problems with an understanding of business infrastructure, workflows, and processes of business partners for all products. You will provide technical guidance and input on developing and maintaining system health and functionalities to positively affect our system and influence the design and implementation of key initiatives.
How you will create impact:
- Coaching and providing consultation to System Solution experts supporting the continued health of our policy administration systems.
- Monitoring and assisting leadership in maintaining service levels in the resolution of issues.
- Reviewing and contributing to research making recommendations to support strategy and key deliverables.
- Supporting leadership to provide technical mentoring and coaching to Specialists and Analysts.
- Establishing and maintaining close and productive working relationships with peers to support good team engagement and learning.
- Acting as lead and providing recommendations on assigned projects executed through PAS - Projects.
- Considering various impacts to multiple companies, lines of business, and other departments and consult with other departments to ensure alignment.
To join our team:
- You have 5-7 years of experience in insurance industry.
- You have a degree in Business or equivalent business systems experience or related field.
- You have or are working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation.
- You have a strong understanding of business and technical processes and practices and end to end technical processes, and execution.
- You have demonstrated strong understanding of business needs and how they translate into technical details, execution, and impact to the business.
- You have demonstrated strong project management skills to successfully prioritize and manage multiple project work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary information
Expected salary range $72,847.00 - $121,411.00 (min-max, full range).
Salary placement
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Incentive/Variable pay
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
