🎯 Role purpose

As a Polish–English Interpreter, you will support effective communication for Polish speakers in the US and UK who require language assistance in everyday and sensitive situations. Your contribution helps ensure clarity, understanding, and access to essential services.

🛠️ Your tasks:

• Providing consecutive interpretation between Polish and English.
• Supporting callers during phone and video interactions with institutions such as:

-medical facilities,

-public services,

-emergency response units.

• Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality of communication.
• Acting with professionalism and empathy, including in high-pressure situations.
• Performing services in accordance with project standards and guidelines.

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent command of Polish and English (mandatory).
• Strong listening, comprehension, and note‑taking skills.
• High level of communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic or sensitive situations.
• Stable internet connection and suitable conditions for service provision, including a quiet, distraction‑free environment.
• Service times are arranged on an ongoing basis, taking into account individual availability and project demand.
• Legal right to work in Poland (current work authorization required).

🎁 What we offer:

• Cooperation based on a civil contract.
• Competitive hourly rates depending on service time:

-Training: 31.40 PLN gross/hour,

-Daytime: 34.00 PLN gross/hour,

-Weekends: 36.00 PLN gross/hour,

-Night hours: 44.00 PLN gross/hour.
