We are seeking a skilled Polymer Manufacturing Operator. In this hands-on role, you will operate and perform basic maintenance on fabric converting & preform winding machines and compression molding presses to produce highly engineering rubber-fabric products. The ideal candidate takes pride in owning defect-free production by continuous attention to performance of the machines he/she operates.
