Pool Attendant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pool Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pool facilities cleanliness, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the resort or hotel.
• Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.
• Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.
• Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.
• Maintain a clean and organized pool environment, including pool areas, locker rooms, and surrounding facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service, including responding to guest inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of conflict management and be able to handle any difficult situations that may arise.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, engaging with guests and creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the organization with integrity and respect.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain excellent employee relations with all members of the water park staff
• Must be available weekend and holidays
