Pool Attendant

As a Pool Attendant at Villa Haven, you will be the ambassador of relaxation and recreation, responsible for ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of our guests at the pool area. You will provide attentive service while maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment conducive to relaxation and leisure activities.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Physically fit, good swimming abilities, and able to perform physical labor in harsh weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of pool safety protocols and emergency procedures preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
