Pool Maintenance Engineer

Overview:

This role will ensure that our resort pools are well-maintained and reflects an image of outstanding quality.

Responsibilities:

Maintain all pools, spas, and fountains in resort.

Maintain safe and proper water chemistry levels in all water features

Maintain all equipment associated with pools, spas, and fountains

Receive direction for calls via radio.

Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs.

Clean all work areas after completing job.

Fill out Daily Work form.

Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.

Have a thorough understanding of Omni House rules and regulations

Access computer-based building automation system

Adjust house music levels using house music controls/ fitness room and pool

Troubleshoot a pool and spa heaters

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Synergy Program

Working knowledge of all pool equipment and water chemistry

Maintain proper inventories of all pool related supplies and chemicals

Exterior and Interior of hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.

High school or equivalent education required.

Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.

Must have a flexible availability, to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Valid driver's license.

Excellent driving record.

Ability and willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather including rain, snow, wind, and extreme heat.

Must be willing to subject to a drug screen and MVR background check.
