Pool Repairs Technician – Leadership Track (Durban)

BluPool Services is hiring a technically-minded Repairs Technician to join our growing repairs division in Durban North.

Pool industry experience is an advantage but not essential. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and professional communication skills who can grow into a leadership role within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment and systems
  

• Troubleshoot pumps, motors, filtration systems, valves and leaks
  

• Perform preventative maintenance and quality checks
  

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding findings and solutions
  

• Complete job reports, photos and checklists via mobile applications
  

• Maintain stock control and job documentation
  

• Adhere to safety procedures and company standards
  

• Participate in after-hours or weekend call-outs if required
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Based in Durban/KZN (or willing to relocate at own cost)
  

• Valid driver’s licence
  

• Strong mechanical/technical mindset
  

• Comfortable using smartphone apps for job reporting
  

• Professional communication skills (English required)
  

Advantageous:

• Plumbing or electrical experience
  

• Supervisory or team leadership experience
  

• Previous pool industry experience
