Pool Sunshine Supervisor

As the Pool Sunshine Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for ensuring that the pool area is a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests. You will supervise the pool staff, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, provide pool service, and ensure guests receive exceptional service and amenities. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a pool or recreational facility, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Lifeguard certification and first aid/CPR training are preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
