[Pooling] Product Owner

Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's digital strategy and customer needs.
Maintain a product roadmap and strategy to drive digital innovation and business growth.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization.
Manage business requirements and define clear product goals and KPIs.
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
Ensure stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for sprint planning.
Balance business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business, operations, IT, compliance) to gather requirements and align on product priorities.
Communicate product updates, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams as part of the Agile Scrum team to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., user adoption, uptime, satisfaction).
Identify and mitigate product-related risks and dependencies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Demonstrated ability in backlog grooming, prioritization, and writing clear user stories.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, design, IT, compliance).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Industry experience in the banking or financial services sector.
Preferred technologies: Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase).
Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications in Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO), Agile, or SAFe are advantageous.
