Leads and supports government program management and communication processes, including education, training, and meetings.
Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical departments to implement and manage government programs.
Conducts operational analyses to validate existing interventions and identify opportunities for additional program interventions.
Implements new government payment program care redesign initiatives across acute and post-acute settings.
Engages with third-party organizations supporting government program implementation.
Manages relationships with healthcare provider organizations participating in government payment programs.
Leads quality improvement collaboratives, sprints, or 90-day climbs to enhance government payment models.
Prepares and presents reports and recommendations to the department leader Programs.
Serves as a subject-matter expert and may lead or facilitate task forces, teams, and councils.
Coordinates resources required for government program implementation and daily operations.
Supports training and communication initiatives to engage staff in government programs.
Facilitates recurring workstream meetings and quarterly steering committee meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Effective computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). [Preferred]
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations and collateral materials and to clearly articulate complex information to all levels of staff. [Preferred]
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate tactfully and effectively with multidisciplinary and diverse teams across departments, management levels, and business entities. [Preferred]
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple dependencies. [Preferred]
Education:
Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:

Work Experience:
3+ years of experience working with physicians and clinical teams. [Required]
2+ years of experience with healthcare programs, including healthcare consulting and/or healthcare provider industry knowledge. [Required]
3+ years knowledge of clinical operations. [Preferred]
3+ years of experience with program management approaches and concepts; experience working on large, multidisciplinary projects. [Preferred]
Experience with payment methodologies. [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$66,830.40 - $124,300.80Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
