Summary
Performs daily cleaning, maintenance, and customer service in parking facilities, including sweeping, spill cleanup, and traffic flow assistance.
The Parking Garage Porter/Ambassador is responsible for performing routine cleaning, ensuring smooth traffic flow, and customer service functions within assigned parking facilities. This role supports ABM’s commitment to operational excellence by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for clients, tenants, and guests.

- Sweeping the stairwells once per day
- Pressure washing elevator landings and high traffic areas
- Sweeping garage surface, including operating ridding sweeper
- Removing spiderweb throughout the garage structure
- Leaf blowing garage entrance
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous janitorial, porter, or facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
• Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirments:
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb stairs, and work in confined or open-air environments
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and exposure to vehicle fumes
