Job Summary

Maintain property grounds, common areas, and amenities to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive community.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.

• Perform basic landscaping and seasonal snow/ice removal.

• Inspect and replace exterior lighting.

• Maintain tools and equipment.

• Respond to resident requests and report safety concerns.

• Follow company safety policies and OSHA standards.

• Assist with painting, apartment make-readies, and other maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred.

• Ability to operate basic maintenance and landscaping equipment.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
