Position: Porter
Program: Developmental Disabilities Services Program (DDSP)
Location: Staten Island, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $38,000 - $40,000 (Competitive, based on experience)

Your Role:

Join our dedicated team as a Porter serving two residential facilities for adults with developmental disabilities. In this essential role, you’ll help ensure our homes are clean, safe, and welcoming for the individuals we support. From day-to-day cleaning tasks to monthly deep cleans and minor maintenance, your work will directly contribute to the well-being of our residents and staff.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3+ years of relevant cleaning, maintenance, or custodial experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to bend, lift (25–50 lbs), and complete physically demanding tasks
• Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record preferred
