Monday through Friday (2:30pm to 10:00pm with a half hour unpaid lunch included, 35 hours per week) *1 full-time shift or 2 part-time shifts* |
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for cleaning contracted buildings and office space.
Essential Functions Include:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using specific cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the cleanliness of the building.
REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of janitorial experiences (preferred but not required)
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to get to job site(s) for required shifts
