Porter - Clinton Avenue Apartments

POSITION SUMMARY: The porter will assist the Maintenance Superintendent in the daily upkeep of the building and grounds and perform any duties assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Perform all necessary maintenance and cleaning on all grounds, parking lots, apartments, office, laundry facilities, community restrooms and common areas. Cleaning to include but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting & glass cleaning

• Implement the Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
• Perform the following duties:

1. Report building damage and vandalism, unusual circumstances and conditions, and other related incidents in writing to the Community Leader
2. Monitor site lighting and report problems
3. Maintain records as required
4. Remove trash as required
5. Maintain adequate stock levels of janitorial/sanitation supply
