What You'll Do

• Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive
• Assist service advisors and technicians with daily operations
• Ensure customer vehicles are handled with care and respect
• Help create an outstanding customer experience from arrival to departure

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR), background check, and drug screening
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
