Porter/Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and hands-on individual to assist with general property maintenance, lawn care, and minor repairs. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while completing tasks in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

*Perform routine lawn care, including moving, edging, trimming, weed removal, and general landscaping

*Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, walkways, parking areas, and common spaces

*Perform minor repairs and general maintenance as needed.

*Inspect the property for maintenance issues, damage, or potential safety hazards.

*Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications:

*Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment

*Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

*Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks

*Valid driver's license preferred

*Must demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship
