Porter - Prevailing Wage

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Wednesday 12:30pm - 9:00pm. OFF: Thursdays and Fridays

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
• Maintain exterior areas
• Collect and sort trash
• Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
• Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
