Knowledge/Skills:

Excellent communication skills

Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time

Strong attention to detail and receptiveness to surroundings

Awareness of general safety and sanitation procedures while performing tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the tidy appearance of the property by regularly walking and inspecting the premises

Sweep and dispose of debris, trash, and animal droppings in proper receptacles

Clear sidewalks and pathways of weeds and loose grass

Notify the manager of any unhealthy or dead landscape plantings

Ensure all exterior lighting is operational and report outages

Perform minor repairs including replacing windows, screens, and sliding glass doors

Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways, and stairwells as needed

Assist with routine maintenance tasks as requested by management

Distribute resident communications, including newsletters, event flyers, and pest control notices

Must be okay working outside in all elements

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday

On-call availability

Weekend availability required
