Porter

You will interact courteously with guests and staff, restock supplies, stage takeaway options, maintain food safety standards, receive and store food orders, rotate inventory, and support restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sanitation and food safety practices
• Evaluate receiving spaces for safety and security
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks accurately
• Follow safety standards and protect team members and guests
• Coordinate duties to prepare for service opening
• Store food orders accurately and rotate stock using FIFO
• Maintain working knowledge of restaurant equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ year of restaurant, warehouse, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to carry items up to 45 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours per day
• Availability for all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver's license
• Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
• U.S. citizenship, nationality, lawful permanent residency, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility for required U.S. Department of State authorization
