Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of residential properties by cleaning common areas, vacant units, and exterior spaces, handling trash, and performing minor repairs.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
- Maintain exterior areas
- Collect and sort trash
- Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
- Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
