Porter

Join a locally owned property management company as our Porter. You will keep our residential and commercial properties clean, safe and looking sharp, working outdoors with a team that backs each other up.

Twin City Properties is a locally owned property management company serving Bryan and College Station. We manage residential and commercial properties, and we are a small team, so you will know everyone and your work will be noticed.

We need a dependable Porter to keep our properties clean, safe and looking sharp.

What you will do

• Maintain grounds and common areas, including trash pickup, debris removal and general upkeep
• Handle light landscaping, including mowing, trimming, edging and blowing
• Do light tree trimming
• Help our maintenance technicians with light maintenance tasks
• Spot problems around the properties and report them so they get fixed fast

This role does not include unit cleans.

What you will need

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Texas heat
• A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle (mileage is reimbursed for travel between properties)
• Comfort using trimmers, blowers and pole saws
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Grounds or landscaping experience is a plus

What we offer

• $15 to $17 per hour based on experience
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Health, dental and vision insurance
• Paid time off
• Mileage reimbursed between properties
