This role facilitates the regional PMR step, ensuring portfolio and innovation performance is translated into clear decisions, recommendations, actions and escalations across local, regional and global governance.

It drives the deployment of global innovation and renovation initiatives across RGM markets, connecting global ambition, market readiness, launch governance and performance follow-up to land with excellence.

Finally, the role supports and co-creates regional innovation and portfolio projects, translating market needs and regional opportunities into structured initiatives, aligned priorities and actionable project plans.

What are we looking for?

• Higher degree, preferably in Marketing/ Digital Marketing / Brand

• Strong English skills
• Strong experience in portfolio management, innovation deployment, or brand management.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and performance insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.

• Experience with PMR governance, S&OP+, or innovation launch processes.
• Knowledge of Flywheel performance analysis and portfolio performance monitoring.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Facilitate the regional PMR step, preparing the agenda, consolidating local PMR inputs, driving decisions, capturing actions and escalating critical portfolio or innovation blockers.

• Act as the key interface between local PMRs, regional governance and global PMR, ensuring transparent communication, robust feedback loops and clear decision ownership.

• Monitor portfolio, innovation and flywheel performance across markets, identifying opportunities, risks and root causes, and converting insights into recommendations and corrective action plans.

• Drive the deployment of global innovation and renovation initiatives across RGM markets, from global pipeline translation to market readiness, launch tracking, risk mitigation and post-launch performance review.

• Partner closely with ESO, S&OP+, Demand, Supply, Finance and market teams to secure launch readiness, forecast alignment, supply feasibility, pricing and activation support.

• Strengthen launch excellence discipline across markets, including go/no-go criteria, launch KPIs, action tracking, learnings and best-practice sharing.

• Support and co-create regional innovation and portfolio projects, translating market needs and regional opportunities into structured initiatives, aligned priorities and actionable project plans.

• Coordinate with global teams to share market realities, influence future portfolio choices and secure alignment on innovation ambition, sequencing and deployment choices.

• Prepare clear recommendations for S&OP+, regional governance and Steercos, supporting prioritization by value, strategic fit and feasibility.
